What you need to prepare your Ube Frosting:
- 2 to 3 tsp of MyUbe ube powder (adjust according to your taste and the color you want to obtain!)
- 200g of icing sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 yellow lemon
For a creamier alternative, you can add a little liquid cream or a splash of coconut milk .
Let's work on it together:
- Start by mixing the icing sugar, egg white and the juice of half a lemon until you obtain a white and homogeneous mixture.
- Next, add the Ube powder to your mixture and mix again.
- Pour it all generously over your cake... Now all you have to do is enjoy this wonderful cake coated in Ube Icing
