Here's what you need to make your ube and white chocolate cookies:
- 4 tsp MyUbe ube powder
- 180 g of flour
- 85 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 85 g of melted butter
- Of the white chocolate chips
Let's do it together!
1. Prepare the main dough
- In a bowl, mix the flour , the sugar and the egg .
- Next, add the baking powder , vanilla extract and the melted butter .
2. Prepare the ube dough in a bowl, mix 2 tsp of ube powder with a little hot water , until you get a paste thick and homogeneous violet .
3. Incorporated Add this ube paste to your main preparation, then mix well for a uniform color.
4. Add generously THE white chocolate chips and mix one last time.
5. Shape into small circles spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then add a few nuggets on top for the crunch.
6. Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C and keep an eye on it: the edges should be golden brown and the center still soft.
Let it cool down a bit before taking a bite!

For even softer cookies, let your dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge before baking.
