What you need to prepare your Ube Bowl:
- 2 to 3Â teaspoons of MyUbe ube powder
- 1 to 1.5Â dose of hot water
- 1 bowl of yogurt (plant-based or conventional)
- Your favorite toppings : fresh fruit, nuts, almond puree, granola, muesli, chocolate shavingsâŠ
Adjust the amount of ube according to the intensity of color and taste you want to achieve!
Let's work on it together:
1. Prepare your ube dough (Ube Halaya)
- In a bowl, pour 2 to 3 doses of MyUbe ube powder and add 1 to 1.5 doses of hot water.
- Mix gently until you get a purple paste. smooth and slightly thick .
2. Assemble your bowl  Pour the mixture into a bowl of yogurt of your choice.
3. Add the toppings Decorate your Ube Bowl as you wish: fresh fruit, nuts, muesli, nut butter or grated white chocolate.

For an even creamier bowl, add a spoonful of coconut milk or vegetable cream to your ube paste before mixing it with the yogurt. And for a "healthy dessert" effect, sprinkle a little of crispy granola or some pieces of dried fruit on top.
