Simple, light and soothing, ube tea is the perfect drink to take a break from your day.
Prepared from our MyUbe ube powder , it reveals all the aromatic richness of this Philippine tuber with natural vanilla notes.
Without milk, without additives and naturally colored, this ube tea is an invitation to calm and gentleness .
A comforting drink, to be enjoyed hot or iced, depending on the season.
The ingredients you need:

1 tsp of MyUbe ube powder

Approximately 300 ml of hot water (ideally 80°C)

(Optional) Sweetener of your choice : honey, agave syrup or coconut sugar
Let's work on it together:

Heat your water to about 80 degrees (not boiling, to preserve the aromas).

Add a teaspoon of ube powder to a cup.

Gently pour in the hot water and mix with a spoon or matcha whisk.

Add sugar to taste, or enjoy it plain to fully appreciate the sweetness of the ube.
You can also let it cool, add some ice cubes and create an Iced Ube Tea version that is as beautiful as it is refreshing.

For an even more fragrant infusion, add a splash of coconut milk or a drop of vanilla extract .
