Iced Ube Coffee Latte

What you need 😊 :

  • 1 teaspoon of MyUbe Ube powder
  • 1 shot of freshly prepared espresso (30ml)
  • 150 ml of your favorite milk (animal or vegetable)
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
  • A pinch of salt (to enhance the flavors)
  • A handful of ice cubes (for the frozen version)
  • Optional: whipped cream to top it off

Let's do it together! 🧑‍🍳

  • Prepare your espresso and let it cool slightly.
  • In a glass, add the ube powder and a small amount of your milk of choice. Blend until smooth and even.
  • Add the rest of the milk, your shot of espresso and your sweet touch.
  • For the iced version, add a good handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously (or blend briefly).
  • For even more indulgence, top your creation with a cloud of whipped cream.

The balance is perfect when the coffee doesn't overpower the Ube. If you like a stronger coffee flavor, feel free to add a second shot, but keep the same amount of Ube to preserve that beautiful purple color!
