
Iced Ube Coffee Latte
What you need 😊 :
- 1 teaspoon of MyUbe Ube powder
- 1 shot of freshly prepared espresso (30ml)
- 150 ml of your favorite milk (animal or vegetable)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
- A pinch of salt (to enhance the flavors)
- A handful of ice cubes (for the frozen version)
- Optional: whipped cream to top it off
Let's do it together! 🧑🍳
- Prepare your espresso and let it cool slightly.
- In a glass, add the ube powder and a small amount of your milk of choice. Blend until smooth and even.
- Add the rest of the milk, your shot of espresso and your sweet touch.
- For the iced version, add a good handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously (or blend briefly).
- For even more indulgence, top your creation with a cloud of whipped cream.

The balance is perfect when the coffee doesn't overpower the Ube. If you like a stronger coffee flavor, feel free to add a second shot, but keep the same amount of Ube to preserve that beautiful purple color!
